This division manages the development and supports the implementation of the Victorian curriculum from Foundation to Year 12.

The Early Years team manages, in partnership with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF): For All Children from Birth to Eight Years.

The key role of the Early Years team is to develop, deliver, evaluate and support high quality curriculum and assessment resources.

The Victorian Curriculum F-10 unit manages the development and delivery of the curriculum for students in Prep to Year 10, with a focus on providing resources and services to support its implementation for Victorian schools, teachers and the broader community.

The VCAL team manages the development, review and ongoing monitoring of the curriculum and assessment of all VCAL units, including proposals for reaccreditation of all VCAL units.
