The ALCV site contains material from the Monash University ARC Linkage Project, ‘Reclamation of Victorian Indigenous Languages’, conducted by Dr Heather Bowe (Monash University, School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics) and Associate Professor Kathy Lynch (University of the Sunshine Coast, ICT Research and Development) in collaboration with the following Linkage Partners: the Victorian Dept of Education and Early Childhood Development, the Victorian School of Languages, the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, the Victorian Aboriginal Corporation for Languages, the Federation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Languages, the Worawa Independent Aboriginal College, the Mirrimbeena Aboriginal Education Group Inch, Cyberdreaming.

Development of this website as part of the Application of the collaborative capacities of Web 2.0 technologies to support the teaching of Aboriginal Languages and Cultures in Victorian schools project is funded by the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) through its Collaborative Internet Innovation Fund (cIIF).

Material contributed by Aboriginal community members for the purposes of the school Language program must not be used by schools, teachers or consultants involved in the school Language program for any other purpose, without express permission of the community.
