Top Screen 2018 will take place at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) between Thursday 8 March and Wednesday 9 May 2018.

Classification and credits

Classification marker M - Mature themes and coarse language 

Top Screen 2018 is classified as M and not recommended for persons under the age of 15. The films contain mature themes and coarse language.

Purchase tickets

Tickets to Top Screen 2018 can be purchased from the ACMI website.

School and General Public tickets available - see ACMI website for details. Teacher entry is free (maximum two) with booked groups over ten.

Venue information

Top Screen is held at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) located in Federation Square, at the intersection of Flinders St and Swanston St, Melbourne.

Public transport near ACMI
ACMI is located across the road from Flinders St Railway Station, as well as multiple tram services.

Flinders Street trams
Routes 70, 75 and the City Circle stop on Flinders Street next to Flinders Station.

Swanston Street trams
Routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, 72 stop on Swanston Street next to Flinders Station.

A taxi rank is located across the road from Federation Square outside Flinders Street Station.

ACMI and its cinemas has wheelchair access and extra seating on the aisles for guests with special requirements.

Large Print PDF versions of the Top Screen program will be available once program finalised in mid-February. This can be enlarged to suit your visibility requirements. Please print out a copy before you attend the Screening. Also you can choose the Read Aloud software option to convert the text into spoken word, to hear a description of the short films before you attend. Please email to request the program in either PDF or Microsoft Word format.

Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome at ACMI.
