Invitation To VCE Achiever Ceremony
The 2007 VCE Achiever Awards ceremony will take place on Friday 7 December. The ceremony is held to congratulate the nine monthly finalists and to announce the overall VCE Achiever for 2007.
Teachers are invited to bring school leadership groups or selected students to listen to some of Victoria’s most inspiring students. It is an excellent opportunity for your student leaders to hear from peers who are committed to complementing their academic pursuits with generous community involvement.
At the ceremony your students will be motivated by a guest speaker, the 2006 VCE Achiever and the nine monthly finalists for 2007 who have demonstrated their leadership skills at school and in their community during their VCE years.
Last year’s VCE Achiever Mervin Ng will also speak at the ceremony. Mervin’s achievements included being Prefect of Parade College’s Community Action program which organised events and activities for elderly and disabled people in the community .

Venue: Treasury Theatre, 1 MacArthur Place, East Melbourne (opposite Parliament Station)
Refreshments will be served. There is no entry fee for this event but we would appreciate your RSVP with approximate numbers by Friday 23 November 2007.
