Statewide VCE Examination Chief Supervisor Workshops 2007
As part of the security arrangements for the conduct of VCE examinations, the VCAA conducts Training Sessions/Workshops for all VCE Written Examination Chief Supervisors and school representatives every two years on the administration and conduct of VCE examinations in approved Examination Centres.
Sessions for all Chief Supervisors and school representatives will be held throughout metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions in August and September 2007. In accordance with the terms of the 2007 VCE Written Examination Centre Agreement, your school is required to nominate your VCE Examination Chief Supervisor and one school staff member with responsibility for VCE examinations to attend one of these sessions.
Chief Supervisors and school representatives who attended training sessions for new staff in May 2007 should still make themselves available for the new sessions.
Scheduled sessions are listed on the following page. Please indicate on the accompanying Registration Form the chosen session and the name and email address (if available) of the Chief Supervisor and other school personnel who will be attending.
The Chief Supervisor will be paid an allowance of $53 for attendance. Funds for payment will be included in the grant sent to schools for the supervision of October/November examinations. No funding is available for any other attendee.
Schools are also invited to indicate on the Registration Form items they wish to be addressed at the sessions.

All sessions will run for approximately 2 hours and either morning or afternoon tea will be served.
