VCE VET Furnishing Professional Development For Teachers And Trainers - Friday 17 August 2007
The VCAA, in partnership with Kangan Batman TAFE is conducting a professional development activity for teachers/trainers who deliver the VCE VET Furnishing program.
This professional development activity will cover:
- the te rm ‘industry standard'
- delivery issues/strategies for competencies in the Unit 3–4 sequence
- assessment tasks and the assessment plan
- assessing and moderation of student work
All assessors are asked to bring:
- 2007 coursework tasks
- their assessment plan (if available)
- program outline (structure, timing and assessment schedule) if available.

Finish: 3.15pm
A light lunch will be provided. Parking is available onsite.
There is no charge for this professional development activity.

For catering purposes, we ask that all registrations be confirmed no later than Monday 13 August 2007.
Reimbursement for travel over 100 km return journey will be available to participating teachers/trainers from schools and RTOs. Public service guidelines apply – all vehicles must be comprehensively insured. For further details on guidelines, please contact the VET Unit.
