Year 3, 5 and 7 Achievement Improvement Monitor (AIM) Test Results 2007

The purpose of this memorandum is to alert you to the impending arrival of your school’s 2007 AIM results. The deliveries should be completed by Friday 12 October 2007. The Reporting Package will contain:

a covering letter
individual student reports for schools to distribute to parents
a reporting guide which provides information about the 2007 AIM Data Service and instructions on how to access the data
information pamphlets for parents.

Access to the AIM Data Service website is gained by using the same User ID and Password which was issued to schools in 2005. If you have changed your password from the original one, you may continue to use the changed password.

If you are unable to locate your User ID and/or Password, please contact the AIM Information Help Desk by email at vcaa.aim.help@edumail.vic.gov.au, entering ‘AIM password request’ in the subject line.

Once you login to the AIM Data Service using your unique User ID and Password, you will be able to access the 2007 year level results for your school.

Please note that to access the AIM Data Service, you should open the VCAA website at www.vcaa.vic.edu.au and follow the web link to the AIM Data Service.

Professional Development workshops related to the AIM Data Service will again be held across Victoria in Term 4.
