Visitation Dates Entry – SIAR 1 AND SIAR 3
Schools are reminded that the available dates for review by visitation of Studio Arts School-assessed Task 1 can be entered in VASS using: SCHOOL PROGRAM → VCE → Visitation →Visitation Dates Entry.
Review by visitation of Studio Arts school-assessed Task 1 will occur from July 21 to July 29. Schools can nominate no more than two days in this period as NOT available.
The closing date for the selection of suitable dates for Studio Arts on VASS is Monday June 30.
The closing date for entry of visitation dates for SIAR 3 is Friday September 12.
To enter the visitation dates for Studio Arts:
1. On the Visitation Dates Entry – Browse Graded Assessments screen (Figure 1) select 1 - School-assessed Task from the SIAR drop down. Click the [Find] button.

2. The Visitation Dates Entry screen will be displayed. No more than two of the dates displayed may be marked.
3. Save the data and close.
