VCE October/November Examinations New Chief Supervisor Training 2008
As part of the security arrangements for the conduct of VCE examinations, the VCAA will conduct compulsory training sessions for all Chief Supervisors who are new to the position for the October/November 2008 examination period. Any school representative new to the position of Exam Centre Coordinator is also strongly advised to attend one of these sessions.
Please note that these sessions are for new personnel only.
The training sessions will be held on the first floor of the VCAA Assessment Centre, 189 Urquhart Street Coburg (enter via Alva Grove) on Wednesday 8 October between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and on Thursday 9 October between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon.
Non-metropolitan schools with personnel unable to attend the training sessions are asked to contact Alex Lachowicz on 9225 2237.
If your school has a new Chief Supervisor in 2008, please complete the accompanying registration form indicating the name and email address (if available) of the Chief Supervisor and any other school personnel who will be attending the training session.
The Chief Supervisor will be paid an allowance of $55 for attendance. Funds for payment will be included in the grant sent to schools for the supervision of October/November examinations.
No funding is available for any other attendee.
