Visitation Dates Entry – Siar 1 and Siar 3
Schools are reminded that the available dates for review by visitation of Studio Arts School-assessed Task 1 can be entered in VASS using: SCHOOL PROGRAM → VCE → Visitation →Visitation Dates Entry.
Review by visitation of Studio Arts school-assessed Task 1 will occur from July 20 to July 28. Schools can nominate no more than two days in this period as NOT available.
The closing date for entry of visitation dates for SIAR 3 is Friday September 11.
To enter the visitation dates for Studio Arts:
- On the Visitation Dates Entry – Browse Graded Assessments screen (Figure 1) select SIAR
1 - School-assessed Task from the SIAR drop down. Click the [Find] button.

- The Visitation Dates Entry screen will be displayed. No more than two of the dates displayed may be marked.
- Save the data and close.
