Schools are reminded that if they wish to obtain further feedback following the Studio Arts school assessed task review by visitation process, they are invited to phone the VCAA after the release of results for further feedback.
Schools are advised to reserve a time in advance to receive feedback on Tuesday 4 August 2009. Each school will be allocated one 15 minute time slot on that day. It is expected that schools will support teachers to receive feedback from the VCAA on the scheduled date and make internal arrangements to communicate the feedback received to VCE Coordinators and Principals.
Feedback can only be provided to teachers who have reserved a time in advance. It is important that teachers phone at their allotted time to ensure that they are able to utilise the full 15 minutes allocated.
The phone consultation will be in addition to any grade difference reports that schools may receive and the general report available on the VCAA website www.vcaa.vic.edu.au
In order to manage the feedback process for all teachers involved in the review, teachers are required to phone the VCAA on 9225 2214 from Monday 27 July to schedule a convenient time for the 15 minute phone consultations on Tuesday 4 August.
