Fax Numbers For Delivery Of Examination Centre Messages, October/November Examination Period

Examination Centre messages for end of year written examinations will to be sent via fax as well as emailed to the school’s official inbox and via VCAA VASS Support.
The VCAA has compiled the list of fax numbers to be used for the 2010 October/November Examination Centre messages from the current VASS school file. This list contains school fax numbers as entered on VASS.
It is important that VASS Administrators check the school fax number as displayed in the VASS menu. This is the fax number currently stored at the VCAA. If an alternative fax number is required, this should be provided to the VCAA by Wednesday 13 October.

VASS Administrators should check the school fax number as displayed in the VASS menu: School Admin → Modify School Details.
- If the fax number shown on VASS is incorrect or if a different number is to be used for Examination Centre messages, advise Susan Heale in the Examinations Unit, of the correct number, byfax to (03) 9225 2361.
Critical dates
- Alternative fax numbers must be provided to the VCAA by Wednesday 13 October 2010.
- A test message will be sent on Friday 15 October 2010.
