Nicholas Kotsiras MP, launched the Learning English as an Additional Language in the Early Years (birth to six years) resource (PDF - 2MB). The resource builds out of the Discussion Paper by Dr Priscilla Clarke, Supporting Children Learning English as a Second Language in the Early Years (birth to six years) also featured on this page under resources.
