Professional development
The first phase of this professional development has concluded. It provided an opportunity across Victoria for early childhood educators delivering programs to children in the year before school, prep teachers and outside school hours carers to come together to learn more about supporting children’s transition to school and writing and interpreting the “Transition Learning and Development Statement”.
In total 74 sessions were run with an overall attendance of over 3500 early childhood professionals, with the majority of feedback on the sessions being positive.
