The NAPLAN Test Administration website is a secure website used by schools to complete a number of NAPLAN administration tasks.
As of Monday 16 April the website is available to schools to support the recording and management of student attendance records for the 2012 NAPLAN tests, including the generation of exemption, withdrawal and withhold results forms.
Schools are also reminded that as part of the staged introduction of recording attendance online, all schools will be required to record their NAPLAN attendance details via the website.

Please refer to Page 3 of the instructions for a checklist for Principals and NAPLAN Coordinators to follow when using the website. Key dates are as follows:
Confirmation of student attendance: Thursday 24 May
Completion of all forms for exemptions and withdrawals: Friday 1 June
The login details for school accounts to the website have been distributed to Principals via mail and are the same as those used for the NAPLAN Administration website in Term 1. In the event that a school account is locked out from the website and requires a reset, please forward an email to vcaa.naplan.help@edumail.vic.gov.au with “NAPLAN ADMIN PASSWORD REQUEST‟ in the subject line. Email requests for passwords must be from (or endorsed by) the school Principal or Deputy Principal.
Once logged into the website with the school account, test administrator accounts can be created and managed. If a test administrator account requires a reset, this can be done at the school using the school account via the ‘Test Administrator’ page in the website. The VCAA does not need to be contacted in order to reset these accounts
