In December 2009, the VCAA hosted a delegation from the Tianjin Admissions and Examinations Authority (TAEA), China. The VCAA has a Memorandum of Understanding with TAEA. The delegates participated in a comprehensive program, taking part in presentations and seminars with a range of Unit Managers and VCAA staff. The delegation spent time visiting multiple education service providers, offering them an insight into the quality of educational services on offer in Victoria.
