Thomas Carr College of Victoria, Australia and Wenzhou No 21 Middle School, Zhejiang Province, China have developed an educational partnership that enables students at Wenzhou to study the VCE at their school in China.
During July-August 2009 four teachers from Wenzhou took part in a four week Induction Program into the VCE. The program is designed and presented by the teaching staff at Thomas Carr College. This program is part of an ongoing exchange between Thomas Carr College and the Wenzhou No. 21 Middle School for professional development and educational understandings.
