VCAL On Track 2006 Results

The On Track 2006 school leavers survey (www.sofweb.vic.edu.au/voced/ontrack/) collected responses from VCAL students who completed a VCAL Intermediate or Senior certificate in 2005.

• 1,456 VCAL students participated in the On Track 2006 survey
• 87.9% of these students had started further education, training or employment since completing VCAL.

VCAL Destinations, 2006: Apprentice - 31%, Working part-time - 15%, Working full-time - 13%, Unemployed - 12%, VET Entry-level - 12%, VET Cert. IV+ - 9%, Trainee - 7%, University - 1%.
