The VCAA offers a service where students may obtain a Replacement Certificate, Statement of Results, or VET Statement of Results.

Complete the Application for Replacement of Results form online.

Submitting the application form online requires you to complete payment with a credit card. Please check the Ecommerce Privacy Statement if you have concerns about collection of information.

To apply:

Complete and sign the application form yourself.
You must pay your processing fee with your application.
Allow 7 days for processing (or a 24 hours priority service is available for an additional fee).

Results Available

The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority does not hold all school results. Below is a table of results held.

Tertiary Orientation Program (TOP)	1975 – 1986
STC and T12	1984 – 1990
