Replacement Certificates and Results
The VCAA offers a service where students may obtain a Replacement Certificate, Statement of Results, or VET Statement of Results.

Application for Replacement of Results Form
Online Form
Complete the Application for Replacement of Results form online.
Submitting the application form online requires you to complete payment with a credit card. Please check the Ecommerce Privacy Statement if you have concerns about collection of information.
Note: if you are having diffculites submitting the form online please post/fax in the hardcopy form:

To apply:
- Complete and sign the application form yourself.
- You must pay your processing fee with your application.
- Allow 7 days for processing (or a 24 hours priority service is available for an additional fee).
Results Available
The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority does not hold all school results. Below is a table of results held.

| STC and T12 | 1984 – 1990 |
