Accreditation period - 2006-2010

The accreditation period for VCE Music has been extended by 12 months from 31 December 2009 until 31 December 2010.

Music was reviewed in 2009.

The VCE Music Study Design comprises:

• Music Performance Units 1-4
  • Music Group performance Units 3 and 4 (below)
  • Music Solo performance Units 3 and 4
• Music Styles Units 1-4

Music was reviewed in 2009 for implementation in 2011.

VCE Music Study Design 2011-2015 and resource material

This study design and resource material are available to teachers in preparation for the implementation of the revised VCE Music Study Design in 2011.  Teachers are advised that this study design and resources material are for use from 2011.

The new accredited VCE Music Study Design 2011-2015 was distributed to schools in Term 2 2010.
