A joint venture between the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) and the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC)
Students can access their VCE results, ATAR and ATAR subject scores through the 2011 VCE Results and ATAR Service – an Internet and SMS service operated jointly by the VCAA and VTAC.
This service is available to students with at least one Year 12 VCE study and those who have qualified for an ATAR.
To access results on this service, students will need their VCAA student number and PIN. Students who are VTAC applicants use their VTAC PIN. If not, they use the first four digits of their birthdate (e.g. 17 July = 1707) as a PIN.
From 7.00 am Friday 16 December to 5.00 pm Tuesday 20 December students can access the following information:
All students enrolled in a Year 12 study will be able to access their VCE results. Only those students who meet tertiary entrance requirements will receive an ATAR.
The Internet address for the results service is resultsandatar.vic.edu.au
Free Internet access is available 24 hours a day from 7.00 am Friday 16 December until 5.00 pm Tuesday 20 December.
The resultsandatar.vic.edu.au website is optimised for smart phones and other mobile devices with an Internet browser.
Australia Post will deliver VCAA results and ATAR statements in two separate packages. Students can expect these deliveries from Monday 19 December.
If the packages do not arrive in the mail students should check with Australia Post.

To register, students should send a text message as follows:
Students will receive a confirmation message after registering. If they register after 7.00 am on Friday 16 December they will not receive a confirmation before the results arrive.
For any problems with registering they can call the helpline: 1800 501 083.
