Cisco CCNA (Discovery or Exploration) are available as VCE VET programs. Cisco is delivered by Cisco Local Academies and is mapped to units of competence from the Certificate IV in Shared Technology.
Students who complete half of either Exploration or Discovery from the Cisco CCNA program will be eligible for two units credit towards their VCE: one Units 3 and 4 sequence.
Students who fully complete either Exploration or Discovery from the Cisco CCNA program will be eligible for four units credit towards their VCE: two Units 3 and 4 sequences.
Students who receive a Units 3 and 4 sequence will be eligible for a 10% increment towards their ATAR (10% of the average of the primary four scaled studies).
Students who receive two Units 3 and 4 sequences will be eligible for two 10% increments towards their ATAR (10% of the average of the primary four scaled studies).
