The following qualification from the FDF03 Food Processing Industry (Wine Sector) Training Package is available as School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships:
Students who complete a School-based Apprenticeship or Traineeship in FDF20403 Certificate II in Food Processing (Wine) are eligible for six units credit towards their VCE: 4 units at Units 1 and 2 and a Units 3 and 4 sequence.
Students can accumulate VCE VET units over more than one year. Credit is granted through accrual of hours of completed training.
Apprentices who do not achieve the minimum requirements for the qualification, as listed in the Training Package, will receive a Statement of Attainment from the RTO listing those competencies achieved. A record of their achievement will also appear in their Training Record Book.
There is no study score available for this program.
Students who receive a Units 3 and 4 sequence for a School-based Apprenticeship or Traineeship in Food Industry (Wine) will be eligible for a 10% increment towards their ATAR (10% of the average of the primary four scaled studies).
