New students will not be able to enrol in the VCE VET Food Processing and Wine program from 2012.
From 2012 all new students can undertake FDF20403 Certificate II in Food Processing (Wine) and receive credit towards their VCE through Block Credit Recognition.
Students who receive a Units 3 and 4 sequence for Certificate II in Food Processing (Wine) will be eligible for a 10% increment towards their ATAR (10% of the average of the primary four scaled studies).
New VCE VET programs are approved from time to time and are announced in the VCAA Bulletin VCE, VCAL and VET. The details for each of these programs are published by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority.
