2026 VCE Season of Excellence: Selection Panel applications now open
Principals/Directors, VCE and VET coordinators, and teachers of relevant studies
Applications are now open for the 2026 VCE Season of Excellence selection panel members.
The Season is a 5-month annual festival showcasing the outstanding work of VCE and VET senior secondary students.
The current panel vacancies are:
- Media: 2 general representatives
- Product Design and Technologies: 2 general representatives
- Systems Engineering: 2 general representatives (including one regional)
- Visual Communication Design: 2 general representatives
- VET Integrated Technologies: one general representative
- VET Creative and Digital Media: one general representative (regional)
- Music: 2 general representatives
- Theatre Studies: 2 general representatives
To be eligible, applicants must be teaching Units 3 and 4 of the relevant study.
To apply, login to SSMS and navigate to ‘select job’. If you do not have an SSMS login, you can register for an account.
Applications close on Monday 1 September 2025.
Action
Principals/Directors, please ensure all relevant staff are aware that applications for the 2026 Season of Excellence panels are now open and encourage them to apply.
Critical dates
Monday 1 September – Last day to submit applications for the 2026 VCE Season of Excellence selection panel.
