Retention of VCE examination papers

Principals/Directors and VCE coordinators

Schools are encouraged to retain unused or surplus copies of the VCE examination question books, CDs and USBs for libraries, and teacher use. Schools may also retain spare copies of the multiple-choice answer sheets.

Schools may copy and use these materials in reliance on the flexible educational allowance the VCAA makes specifically for schools.

Used VCE examination materials left behind by students must be retained in the school’s secure room, until students have received their results. These examination materials must not be used for school resource collections or libraries.
