Delivery of 2025 final results packages to schools

Principals/Directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE VM, VPC and VET coordinators

The 2025 final results packages will be delivered by courier to the school’s site address on Thursday 11 December for all metropolitan and regional locations.

To assist this process, schools are required to complete the following actions by Friday 31 October:

• Check the school’s site address is correctly recorded in VASS and notify the VCAA if a change is required.
• Notify the VCAA if alternative delivery arrangements are required.
• Notify the VCAA if the courier might need additional instructions to deliver the results package to the correct place.

Schools will receive a notification email from the courier regarding their results package closer to the delivery date. This will be sent to the school and VCE coordinator’s email addresses.

All packages will be delivered to site addresses only. PO Box and Private Box will not be considered.

Schools are expected to have a staff member present between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on the day of delivery to collect the results.

As all packages need to be signed on delivery, it is imperative that a staff member is present for the entire delivery window, or that alternative delivery arrangements are made promptly.

Critical dates

Friday 31 October – the last day to notify VCAA of changes to delivery arrangements.
