Last day for VCE enrolments, withdrawals, and results (including VCE VM, VPC and VET) in 2025

Principals/Directors, VASS administrators, and VCE coordinators (including VCE VM, VPC and VET)

The last day to finalise VCE Units 1 and 2, VPC and VET unit of competency (UoC) enrolments and withdrawals is Monday 17 November.

After this date, VASS will not allow schools to enter: 

  • VCE units
  • VPC units
  • VET UoCs
  • VCE VET coursework task scores

Action

Principals/Directors should make sure enrolments, withdrawals and remaining results data are finalised and entered in VASS by the due date.

Monday 17 November – last day for VCE, VCE VM, VPC and VET enrolments, withdrawals and entering results.
