Student Achievement Profile summary available on VASS

Principals/Directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE VM and VPC coordinators

Schools may apply to the VCAA to request a Student Achievement Profile (SAP) summary for eligible VCE (including VCE Vocational Major) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) students exiting school in 2025 without completing their certificate. See Student Achievement Profile summary.

The SAP summary presents a holistic strengths-based overview of a student’s achievements captured during their senior secondary education, and complements the Statement of Results.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

• VCE students must have satisfactorily completed at least 8 units, but have not completed the VCE
• VPC students must have satisfactorily completed at least 1 unit, but have not completed the VPC.

Schools can apply for the SAP summary on behalf of eligible students, via VASS. Refer to:

Students who meet the eligibility requirements will have their SAP summary issued to their home address. In the event that a student’s home address has changed, schools should email Student Records and Results. 
 

Critical dates

Schools can request a SAP summary on behalf of eligible students by:

• Friday 28 November 2025 for delivery before the end of 2025
• Friday 30 January 2026 for delivery in early 2026.

The first request date is aligned to when schools have completed their 2025 results entry and enables students to receive their SAP summary within this calendar year. Schools that do not submit requests by this date may still do so at any time up until 30 January and will be included in the next distribution.
