Texts Survey: 2026 VCE English and English as an Additional Language (EAL), and VCE Literature

Principals/Directors, VCE Coordinators and teachers of VCE English and English as an Additional Language (EAL), and VCE Literature

The VCAA is conducting a brief VCE English Group Texts Survey to determine the number of students studying each of: 

  • Prescribed texts and frameworks: Units 3 and 4 of VCE English and EAL (Lists 1 and 2)
  • Prescribed texts: Units 3 and 4 of VCE Literature.

The information collected will inform planning for the marking of the VCE English and EAL written examinations in 2026 and assist the VCE English, EAL and Literature texts panels with the selection of appropriate texts in future.
