2026 VCAA fees and invoicing for fee-paying international students

Principals/Directors, VCE, VCE VM, VET and International Baccalaureate Coordinators, and VASS Administrators

2026 VCE administration fees have been confirmed. All VCAA forms relating to a service for which a fee applies have been updated.
In 2026, there will be 3 rounds of invoicing for fee-paying international students as outlined in the 2026 Important Administrative Dates.

Schools are required to flag fee-paying international students on VASS for inclusion in the invoice rounds.

Critical dates

• Friday 15 May: First-round invoices sent to schools.
• Friday 19 June: Payment of first-round invoices due.
• Friday 24 July: Second-round invoices sent to schools.
• Friday 18 September:  Payment of second-round invoices due.
• Friday 9 October: Third-round invoices sent to schools.
• Friday 30 October: Payment of third-round invoices due.
