VASS initial enrolment data open: VCE, VET and VPC
Principals/Directors, VASS Administrators and VCE, VPC and VET Coordinators
VASS is open for the entry of initial enrolment data for VCE, VET and VPC units.
Schools are requested to prioritise the entry of their VCE, including VCE VM, and scored VCE VET Unit 3 and 4 enrolments.
Initial enrolment data is used for planning associated with the General Achievement Test (GAT) and VCE examinations.
As part of this process, schools must ensure that students have completed and signed the relevant VCAA Student Personal Details and Declarations form.
Schools are asked to pay close attention to matching student data when adding student personal details on VASS to avoid merging incorrect student records.

Critical dates
- Monday 23 February: Deadline for schools to enter initial enrolment data on VASS
- Friday 1 May: Last day for enrolments and withdrawals
The following enrolments must be finalised:
- VCE, including VCE VM, Unit 3-4 sequences
- Scored VCE VET Unit 3-4 sequences
- Year 12 International Baccalaureate students
- Returning Interrupted Studies students
