VCE providers must complete and submit the following forms:

When completing the forms, please ensure you refer to the Principal’s Agreement and Appointment of Supervisors documents (included above), as well as:

This requirement applies to VCE providers of students enrolled in one or more of VCE, VM and/or scored VCE VET Unit 3-4 sequence.

Action

Principals/Directors, please:

  1. Familiarise yourselves with the details in the Agreement to conduct and administer VCE external assessments
  2. Share this information with relevant staff
  3. Ensure the required forms are completed and submitted by the critical date.
