Delivery of 2026 final results packages to schools

Principals/Directors, VCE Coordinators, VASS Administrators and VCE teachers 

The 2026 final results packages will be delivered by courier to each school’s site address on Thursday 10 December in all Victorian metropolitan and regional locations.

To assist this process, schools are required to complete the following actions by Friday 16 October:

• Check the school’s site address is correctly recorded in VASS.
• Notify the VCAA if a change or alternative delivery arrangements are required, including providing any additional instructions, to ensure the results package is delivered to the correct location.

Schools will receive a notification email from the courier regarding their results package closer to the delivery date. This will be sent to the school and VCE Coordinator’s email addresses.

Packages will be delivered to site addresses only.

Schools are expected to have a staff member present between 9:00am to 5:00pm on the day of delivery as all packages need to be signed for on delivery.
