Last day to amend student personal details and consents
Principals/Directors, VCE and VPC Coordinators, and VASS Administrators
Monday 9 November is the last day to amend student personal details and consents on VASS. This includes:
changes to student legal name details for certification purposes
student addresses, emails and consents.
After this date, changes to student consents, addresses, emails or other student personal details for 2026 cannot be made in VASS.
This complements the 2026 results release, as students are required to indicate whether they consent to the publication of their results in media outlets. Schools may wish to use this as an opportunity for students to review their consent regarding the publication of results in media outlets.
Action
Principals/Directors, please ensure student personal details and consents are updated and confirmed in VASS by Monday 9 November.
