Providers are required to complete an application form for the VCE and/or VPC studies they wish to deliver. The application forms include both an assessment task plan and a curriculum delivery plan and are listed below for every study. All questions must be completed. Please follow the advice from the VCAA Permissions Team on which forms need to be completed.
