Release of Get VET video resources
Principals/Directors and VET, VCAL, VCE, Careers, Transition and Pathways coordinators
The VCAA has released the first four Get VET video resources that can be used by schools to engage, inform and inspire students, parents and school communities about the outcomes and opportunities of including a VET program in a student’s senior secondary certificate.
The video resources are available
online and can be used in classrooms, presentations and information sessions to support informed decision making during subject selections and pathway discussions.
The VCAA will produce a total of 30 videos over the coming months – one video per VCE VET program (26 in total) and four general videos about VET in the VCE and VCAL. The videos will feature Victorian students from metropolitan, regional and rural locations, and all school sectors.
The following videos are now available:
- VET in the VCE and VCAL
- VET Student Q&A
- VET Hospitality
- VET Health.
Principals/Directors should direct this information to VET, VCE, VCAL, Careers, Transition and Pathways coordinators.
