PESA is a celebration of students' voices. The competition gives Victorian secondary students the opportunity to demonstrate excellence in public speaking, in addition to high-level research and writing skills. Students are required to deliver a six-minute prepared speech on a topic they are passionate about and a three-minute impromptu speech.
