Top Acts 2021: venue and live-stream tickets available

Principals/directors, VCE coordinators and VCE Dance, Drama, Theatre Studies, Music Performance, Music Style and Composition, Music Investigation, VCE VET Music and VCE VET Dance teachers

Top Acts 2021 will be officially opened on Saturday 1 May by the Acting Premier, Minister for Education and Minister for Mental Health the Hon. James Merlino. The concert will begin at 7.30pm at the Melbourne Recital Centre.

Top Acts is the final concert for this year's VCE Season of Excellence and presents a selection of talented performers from across the Top Class 2021 concert series in one spectacular evening event. 

The concert showcases outstanding works from 2020 by students of VCE Dance, Drama, Theatre Studies, Music Performance, Music Style and Composition, Music Investigation, VCE VET Dance and VCE VET Music.

Performances range from student-choreographed dance works and theatrical monologues, to original compositions and performances from classical soloists and a brass quintet.

Tickets for the live show are $36 (concession $30) and can be booked through the Melbourne Recital Centre website or by phone: (03) 9699 3333.

For the first time, Top Acts will be live-streamed, so you can still catch the show even if you can't make it to the Melbourne Recital Centre.  Please book live-stream tickets through the Melbourne Digital Concert Hall website. Individual tickets are $16 and Class tickets are $100 (includes access to the recorded concert for a week.

Booking is recommended. Door sales to the live concert will be subject to availability.

Principals/directors, please extend this invitation to the relevant teachers noting that the concert will be live-streamed and class ticket holders will have access to the concert for one week.
