Study Design amendment
Teachers should note that there has been an amendment to the
VCE Literature Study Design
Units 1 and 2: 2016-2022; Units 3 and 4: 2017-2022. To clarify the requirements for the texts to be used for assessment tasks in Units 3 and 4 Literature, pages 17 and 21 of the study design have been updated. The 'Assessment of levels of achievement'; on these pages is now: 'In assessing levels of achievement across Units 3 and 4, teachers must also ensure that the assessment tasks are based on a least five texts. Students must not complete more than two assessment tasks using the same text.'

Study Review Plan
Study Review Plan (docx - 90.31kb) provides key information on the review of VCE Literature which will be conducted in 2020/2021. VCE study designs currently under review in 2020/21 will now be delivered by schools in 2023 (rather than 2022).
Consultation on the VCE Literature Study Design is now closed.
The review panel will consider all responses to the consultation draft before a final draft of the study design is prepared.
