F–10 Curriculum
Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 progress update
The successful release of the Mathematics and English curriculums in 2023 has been greeted with positive feedback from primary and secondary teachers, who have been showing their support for the revised curriculums.
This high-quality curriculum will better meet the needs of Victorian students, while being more teachable and manageable. Many thanks go to more than 250 teachers who have been consulted and contributed to the development of the revised curriculum.
The remaining curriculum areas are progressing as planned and are on track to be published in June 2024.
The revised Humanities, Health and Physical Education, Languages, Science, Technologies, and the Arts, along with the revised capabilities curriculums and revised cross-curriculum priorities, will provide students with the essential knowledge, understandings, and skills to be successful in a fast-changing world and even faster changing workplaces.
Familiarisation and support resources (professional learning resources, videos, and webinars) for these other curriculum areas will be released upon publication of the curriculums and continue to be released throughout 2025.
Our program of familiarisation will support and enable teachers to implement the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 with confidence.
