Top Screen showcases outstanding short films from VCE Media students. The 16 films chosen for Top Screen 2021 were selected from over 300 submissions. The film program explored a diversity of themes and filmmaking styles across a variety of genres including comedy, documentary, drama, music videos, and animation.
Top Screen 2021 was officially launched at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image by writer, director, and producer Adam Elliot. Adam is one of Australia's most celebrated animators, and has won an Oscar for his stop-motion film Harvey Crumpet.
