Upcoming changes for the Victorian Curriculum F–10 websites and webpages
Finding curriculum and resources is set to become easier, faster and more intuitive with the new Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 website and Resource Hub becoming the go-to place for curriculum in Victoria.
You told us that navigating Foundation to Level 10 content across 3 websites was not user-friendly or straightforward – and we listened.
From 2027, the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 website will be the first stop for all Foundation to Level 10 curriculums and resources. All curriculums currently being implemented (including remaining Version 1.0 curriculums) will be accessible via the curriculum pages.
To support your curriculum planning and teaching, all VCAA curriculum-aligned planning resources will be searchable in the Resource Hub. This includes planning resources that have been published for the Version 2.0 curriculum, as well as proven Version 1.0 resources that have been refined and updated to align to the revised curriculum.
In late 2026, we will take the following actions as we continue to transition away from the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 1.0.
- Decommission the original Victorian Curriculum F–10 (Version 1.0) website, on 31 December 2026. All Version 1.0 curriculums still being implemented in 2027 will be transferred to the Version 2.0 website as downloadable Word documents. You can explore the timeline for familiarisation and implementation of the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0, including dates for curriculum areas still being revised.
- Refresh and streamline the Foundation to Level 10 pages on the VCAA website, including archiving out-of-date Version 1.0 content and decommissioning the Version 1.0 resources pages, from the end of Term 3, 2026. Some decommissioned Version 1.0 resources will be refined, updated and republished in the Resource Hub.
- Continue to transfer content to and publish new content on the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Version 2.0 website and its Resource Hub, streamlining and centralising access to curriculum and curriculum planning resources.
