Analysing your school’s VCE results
To assist schools, webinars on each aspect will be offered on three occasions. These sessions are for school staff responsible for the delivery of the VCE. They will increase your knowledge and skills in using the VCE assessment results to:
- identify strengths and weaknesses in your school’s VCE performance against particular curricula
- inform professional learning discussions with fellow teachers around improving student outcomes.

Webinar system requirements
The VCAA conducts its webinars using Cisco Webex, a cloud-based web and video conferencing platform. Before joining a webinar, ensure that your system is set up for the webinar:
- follow these instructions on how to set Webex Events on your computer.
- view Webex system requirements
- we recommend you use either the Webex Meetings desktop app or Google Chrome.
- please test your system to ensure it can run Webex
If you plan to join from a mobile device, download the Cisco Webex Meetings app available through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

VCE Study Scores and Statistical Moderation

VCE External Assessments and Indicative Grades
How can you use data about your students’ performance on external examination questions to inform your teaching practices? This session will provide some answers and help you compare your school's strengths and weaknessness with the whole state.

Student Longitudinal Progress
Learn how schools can review the performance of their school and individual students between Years 3 and 12 by providing linked results between NAPLAN and VCE English and Mathematics studies.
