Wolfram Resource Packages

These resource packages use Wolfram Mathematica®. The Department of Education and Training (DET) has obtained Wolfram Mathematica® software licenses for all staff and students at Government, Catholic and Independent schools in Victoria.

Modelling Contagious Diseases – this resource package investigates the spread of disease, the effectiveness of vaccines and herd immunity. Specifically designed for VCE Biology Unit 3, Outcome 2 it can also be adapted for Level 9-10 Science.

Consultation

The VCAA is seeking feedback on the consultation draft of the proposed VCE Biology Study Design from students, teachers and other key stakeholders. The consultation questionnaire can be completed until 6 September 2019.
