VCE School leaders' briefings 2018 (Metropolitan)
The VCAA strongly encourages members of your school's VCE leadership team to attend an important professional development opportunity that will be offered at a variety of venues during February and March 2018. The briefings are intended to give VCE school leaders, particularly new VCE coordinators, an overview of current VCE matters. Areas covered in these briefings will include:
- enrolment
- school assessment, including 'S' and 'N' decisions and graded assessment
- data integrity
- a curriculum update
- school-based assessment audit
- VCE (Baccalaureate)/Industry Pathways
- flexible programming featuring the Northern Hemisphere Timetable
- statistical moderation and study score calculation
- a Special Provision policy update.
Participants can
register for only one session; if a session is full, it will not be possible to register. Confirmation of registration will be sent to the participant's email address. Sessions are from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

The VCAA strongly encourages VCE teachers to attend an important professional development opportunity that will be offered at a variety of venues during February and March 2018. The briefings are intended to give VCE teachers, particularly new VCE teachers, an overview of current VCE matters. Areas covered in these briefings will include:
- school assessment, including 'S' and 'N' decisions and graded assessment
- data integrity
